Job Title: HSE Coordinator
Location: Taiwan
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced HSE Coordinator to join our team in Taiwan. As an HSE Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, promoting a culture of safety, and implementing effective HSE programs.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines in accordance with local regulations and company standards.
Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and recommend preventive measures.
Provide HSE training to employees and contractors, raising awareness and promoting best practices.
Investigate incidents and accidents, analyzing root causes and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in HSE coordination, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
